Return Policy

Hot Time Saunas is committed to the satisfaction of our customers. 

Each Hot Time Sauna comes with a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. We will replace any component of the sauna room that fails due to a manufacturing defect at no charge to you in accordance with our Limited Lifetime Warranty. 

The heater warranty covers the heating elements in your heater for 1-year from date of purchase, while all other components in your heater are covered under a 5 year warranty. Your heater's warranty does not cover labor or shipping incurred by the component replacement. 

To arrange for a return for any Product(s) which are defective, or dissatisfactory for any reason other than damage incurred during or after transportation by the carrier, contact the Hot Time Saunas team at info@hottimesaunas.com.

Products must be returned in their original wood crates. We do not accept requests for returns or exchanges of Products after 60 days from the date of delivery. We may require the return or photographic documentation of any Product with which you are dissatisfied before we provide you with a credit, refund or replacement. Products returned without  prior written consent of Hot Time Saunas will not be accepted for credit or refund.

If we determine that we are able to accept the returned Product, we will provide (at our discretion) replacement, partial credit, full credit, or a refund for your order (less any charges for shipping and handling and other applicable costs) using the payment method through which the Product was purchased.

If you do not comply with the terms of this section, you will be ineligible to receive credit or a refund in exchange for your return.
